Weight Loss Aid for Diffuser

If you're feeling hungry or just feel like you want to eat try out this diffuser recipe. It will help you stop the unnecessary eating.

5 drops grapefruit

3 drops peppermint

My Recipe

NingXia Red Smoothie

NingXia Red Smoothie

1 cup greek yogurt

a handful granola

1 chopped up banana

1-2 oz NingXia Red

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

It has a wonderful taste and a nice tang from the NingXia red. It's an amazing way to get the day started and stay energized throughout the day.

My Household Tip

Quick and Easy Dryer Sheet

Just get a clean wash cloth and get it damp with warm water then drop 5 drops of an essential oil of your choice around the wash cloth. Drop in the dryer with your clothes and turn it on. This will help your clothes stay smelling fresh!

My favorite essential oil to do this with is lavender.

My Kid Tip

Bubble Gum Blend

This is a blend you can make a home to diffuse throughout the day and your kids will love it! It smells really close to bubble gum and the adults will enjoy the scent as well.

Ingredients:

  • 4 drops Grapefruit essential oil

  • 2 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil

  • 1 drop Eucalyptus Radiata essential oil

Put this in a diffuser and let the whole family enjoy.

Remember: not for internal use!
